Students, We appreciate your interest in the Queen's V-Steam Master Training Class and your commitment to joining our program. We want to ensure complete transparency regarding our refund policy. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following disclaimer: 

 **Refund Policy:** Once a seat in the Queen's V-Steam Master Training Class has been purchased, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This policy is in place to maintain the quality of our program, as well as to secure your spot, which may have been limited due to high demand. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, but please be aware that we have invested resources and reserved your spot based on your commitment to the class. 

Therefore, we kindly request that you consider this policy before enrolling. In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule the training class, we will make every effort to accommodate your participation at a future date or provide a suitable alternative.  By purchasing a seat in the Queen's V-Steam Master Training Class, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
